Travel Risk Management

Duty of care. Risk assessment. Emergency response.

As a security consultancy, we help you establish comprehensive Travel Risk Management (TRM) programs for organizations and travelers to medium and high-risk countries.

Knowing what dangers or difficulties you may encounter and setting off with a tailored TRM program provides duty of care to your employees. Being well-prepared helps you reach your business goals safely, even when traveling under harsh conditions.

Mobile risk management means we support you globally — our risk agents are there for you 24/7 in every situation. Through a tailor-made script, adapted to your organization, we minimize the risks in the event of an incident and get you through the situation safely: a 24/7 emergency contact centre (multilingual and global), medical & travel assistance, and emergency response & evacuation.

What is a Travel Risk Management Program (TRM) and why is it important?

A TRM program assesses and minimizes risks for business travelers, providing duty of care and ensuring safe travel. It's essential for organizations operating in medium to high-risk countries.

What solutions are included in your TRM program?

Solutions include duty of care policies, risk assessments, country risk reports, pre-travel briefings, security training (HEAT), GPS tracking, medical & security assistance, police/military escorts, crisis management, personal protection, and transportation services.

Who can benefit from a TRM program?

Business travelers in political fields, NGOs, multinationals, UHNWI, and celebrities benefit from our tailored TRM programs to ensure safe and successful travel experiences.

1. Initial Confidential Contact

We assess your request based on operational feasibility, required capabilities, and urgency. From the first contact, all communication is handled with discretion, professionalism, and strict confidentiality. No details are shared outside your assigned case officer.

2. Crisis & Risk Assessment

We assess the nature, scale, and trajectory of the crisis, identifying the operational, reputational, and continuity risks that require immediate attention.

3. Deployment & Stabilisation

Deployable advisors and crisis specialists are mobilised, establishing command structures and continuity measures until the situation is fully stabilised.

Pre-Engagement & VettingWhy is a security clearance mandatory?

To maintain the integrity of our regional intelligence network and comply with international anti-corruption standards, Privy Consul performs a rigorous vetting of all potential clients. We only engage with partners whose institutional goals align with regional stability.

III. Deployment & SecurityThe first 72 hours post-purchase

Upon mandate activation, a secure communication terminal is established (AES-256). You will receive an initial "Point Zero" briefing and be assigned a dedicated senior analyst for 24/7 direct access.

Commercial TermsCalculation of Success Fees

Success fees for EIM mandates range between 1.5% and 5.0% of the total project or asset value being de-risked. These fees are strictly performance-based and tied to pre-defined operational milestones (Side-Letter protocol).

ScopeIntelligence vs. Implementation (EIM)

Risk Intelligence provides the mapping and risk analysis. Active Implementation (EIM) is an additional tactical layer for chokepoint resolution and direct field intervention, involving success-based fees and separate operational retainers.
